An email will be sent confirming your order has left the warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.
MindfulnessBody operates from Monday - Friday. All orders ship in 1-3 business days. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 24 hours for it to update.
You will receive updates for every step of the way and then receive a final email stating it has been delivered.

Domestic orders will be shipped from our small warehouse in the USA. If you are an international order and are closer to our warehouse in China, we will send it to you from there.
Our sculptures are made in Nepal & in Japan by local craftsman. To stay away from mass manufacturers, we always work with local artisans who create using techniques passed on by generations.
