An email will be sent confirming your order has left the warehouse, your tracking information will also be included in this email.

MindfulnessBody operates from Monday - Friday. All orders ship in 1-3 business days. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 24 hours for it to update.

You will receive updates for every step of the way and then receive a final email stating it has been delivered.

If you are an international order and are closer to our warehouse in PCN, we will send it to you from there.

Our sculptures are made by master craftsman in the spirit of Japan. To stay away from mass manufacturers, we always work with local artisans who create using techniques passed on by generations rooted in Japanese design principles.

If something isn't quite right with your item, you have 60 days to return it. Simply email us at support@mindfulnessbody.com for further instructions.

Please ensure the item is in its original condition & packaging.
